Rules & Scoring
The goal of The Stunt League is to give athletes a platform to prepare for their future careers. We reward athletes for properly preparing to succeed at the highest levels of the sport.
Our rule set is designed to mirror real competitive cheerleading divisions, ensuring that athletes are building skills and techniques that translate directly to high school, collegiate, and even ICU Worlds levels.
Division Philosophy
Rising Division - Focused on foundational skills that develop proper technique. Athletes are rewarded for building a strong base to learn elite skills later on down the road.
Intermediate Division - Skills commonly performed at the highest levels of high school and the majority of collegiate cheerleading. Athletes can master these years in advance, preparing for future success.
Elite Division - The most advanced skills seen at ICU Worlds and top collegiate programs, and beyond. Athletes have the opportunity to gain years of experience with elite skills before entering those divisions.

Scoresheet
Each traditional division will use the same scoresheet. Click here to download the scoresheet which also includes the descriptors for each category.
Coed Routine Restrictions
To encourage creativity amongst partner stunt groups, we don’t provide an exhaustive list of skills for our traditional division. Instead, we provide a list of restrictions designed to keep athletes safe and aligned with our division philosophy. Anything that is not explicitly listed as illegal is allowed.
Proving Ground
A new twist on partner stunt competitions. Each group will be challenged to do level appropriate stunt sequences. Cleanest stunts win! Click below for more details on the format.
Team Training
This is designed for teams who want to use this as a platform for off-season training. Have your stunt groups train their stunt sequences giving the athletes a chance to perform under pressure and work towards a specific goal.
